RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner can also be used in motorcycles.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner effectively breaks down dirt accumulation and sludge deposits in the engine compartment using intensive-cleaning tensides and removes these effectively when draining used oil.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner cleans and rinses the entire engine system.

Application Note

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner is added to the warm motor oil.

Area of application:

-If black sludge is suspected

-In the event of hydraulic tappets rattling

-In the event of delayed oil change

-For soiled engines or used oil

-Preventively at every oil change to avoid contamination of the engine

-Also suitable for oldtimers

Dosage: 300 ml RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner are sufficient for one application of approx. 5L Oil, regardless of manufacturer and motor size.

Application: Add the contents to the warm motor oil before changing oil. Do not go below the minimum oil level. For maximum effect, allow to run for up to 10 minutes. Afterwards, immediately replace oil and filter.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner is tried and tested for aggregates with motor oils based on mineraloil and synthetic oil.

Characteristics

  • Long-term effectiveness and clean fresh oil
  • Remedy for soiled engines
  • Protection against compression loss in the area of the piston rings
  • Leads to better exhaust emissions and increases the performance of the engine

RAVENOL FORKOIL Very Heavy 20W is especially characterised by a high and stable viscosity index as well as a solid corrosion protection. Efficient additives offer even under extreme loads an excellent corrosion protection. The behaviour against sealing materials is neutral.

Application Note

RAVENOL FORKOIL Very Heavy 20W was developed for the use in all chassis components of two-wheeler vehicles and offers good power characteristics. In order to obtain the optimum viscosity for the vehicle and operating condition the mineral fork oils are miscible among each other.

Characteristics

  • Good damping properties at all temperatures
  • a high, stable viscosity index
  • Excellent protection against wear and tear, which increases the service life of the fork components
  • As far as possible protection against corrosion of the internal components
  • very good air and water separation properties to prevent foam formation
  • neutral behavior towards seals made of plastics
  • a very low pour point

DOT 4

Because of the special formulation of RAVENOL DOT 4 the international specifications SAE J 1704, ISO 4925 and the safety regulations FMVSS 116 DOT 3 and DOT 4 from the United States of America are exceeded.

Application Note

RAVENOL DOT can be used in all vehicles for which the DOT 4 specification for brake fluids is required. It is suitable for all hydraulic brake systems with synthetic fluids.

RAVENOL DOT is miscible with all known brake fluids of the same specification. To use the high performance level of RAVENOL DOT , a complete change of the brake fluid is recommended.

RAVENOL DOT is not suitable for vehicles with mineral oil systems (e.g. certain Citroën models).

FOLLOW VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN ADDING BRAKE FLUID KEEP BRAKE FLUID CLEAN AND DRY. Contamination with dirt, water, petroleum products or other materials may result in brake failure or costly repairs.

STORE BRAKE FLUID ONLY IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER. KEEP CONTAINER CLEAN AND TIGHTLY CLOSED TO PREVENT ADSORPTION OF WATER. CAUTION! DO NOT REFILL CONTAINER AND DO NOT USE FOR OTHER LIQUIDS.

Dispose of used brake fluid responsibly (EU waste code 160113).

Brake fluid damages paint work –if spilt wash off immediately with plenty of water.

Characteristics

  • optimum ABS characteristics
  • chemical stability
  • best lubrication efficiency
  • neutral behaviour regarding brake parts
  • low viscosity at low temperatures
  • miscible with all brake fluids of the same specifications
