For engine
Due to the USVO® technology we achieve an extremely high viscosity stability. We avoid the disadvantages of polymeric viscosity improvers while taking advantage of them. This improves engine protection, performance, engine cleanliness and oil drain intervals. The USVO® technology makes it possible that the product has no shear losses during the entire change interval and is extremely stable to oxidation. This unique technology helps oil lubricate faster, thereby minimizing friction while keeping the engine clean and efficient.

DOT 5.1
The specific formulation of RAVENOL DOT 5.1 offers international DOT 5.1 specifications SAE J 1704, ISO 4925 and fulfills FMVSS 116 DOT 5.1.
RAVENOL DOT 5.1 fluid is an ideal brake fluid for modern vehicles with the brake circuit accompanying systems such as ESP and ABS due to its low viscosity. The safety potential of the aggregates is enhanced by the excellent properties of RAVENOL DOT 5.1 even at low temperatures.
Application Note
RAVENOL DOT 5.1 brake fluid can be used in all vehicles where DOT 5.1 specification is required. It is suitable for all hydraulic brake systems with synthetic fluid.
RAVENOL DOT 5.1 brake fluid is miscible with all known brake fluids of the same specification. To use the high performance level of RAVENOL DOT 5.1, a complete change of the brake fluid is recommended.
RAVENOL DOT 5.1 is not suitable for vehicles with mineral oil systems (e.g. certain Citroën models).
FOLLOW VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS RECOMMENDATIONS WHEN ADDING BRAKE FLUID KEEP BRAKE FLUID CLEAN AND DRY. Contamination with dirt, water, petroleum products or other materials may result in brake failure or costly repairs.
STORE BRAKE FLUID ONLY IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER. KEEP CONTAINER CLEAN AND TIGHTLY CLOSED TO PREVENT ADSORPTION OF WATER. CAUTION! DO NOT REFILL CONTAINER AND DO NOT USE FOR OTHER LIQUIDS.
Dispose of used brake fluid responsibly (EU waste code 160113).
Brake fluid damages paint work –if spilt wash off immediately with plenty of water.
Characteristics
- Optimal ABS properties
- Chemical stability
- High lubricating power
- Neutral behavior towards brake parts
- Low viscosity at low temperatures
- Miscibility with all brake fluids of the same specification.

RAVENOL LTC Lobrid Technology Coolant Premix -40°C is free from 2-ethylhexanoic acid, borate, nitrite, amine and phosphate.
The quality of an antifreeze is no longer just determined by the antifreeze effect (which automatically exists in an ethylene-glycol based product), but by the rust protection.
That is why manufacturers subject antifreeze to lengthy corrosion and cavitation tests.
RAVENOL LTC Lobrid Technology Coolant Premix -40°C protects the cooling system from rust, frost, and in summer, from overheating.
Application Note
RAVENOL LTC Lobrid Technology Coolant Premix -40°C is a prediluted coolant with frost and rust protection for year-round use in automotive engines.
Even in summer coolant must contain enough antifreeze to ensure good corrosion and overheating protection.
Instructions: Add RAVENOL LTC Lobrid Technology Coolant Premix -40°C to radiator to fill line.
Characteristics
- Excellent for all-aluminium engines
- Good reserve alkalinity
- Premium corrosion additives for optimal rust protection for all metals and metal alloys used in cooling systems, including aluminium
- Prevents sediments and foaming in the cooling system
- Compatible with elastomers used in automotive radiators
- Can be mixed with other coolant types

In the course of this process, the water flows through a column filled with ion exchange resin. This has theability to exchange its accumulated ions for the ions present in the water.
As the ion exchange resin cannot accumulate an infinite number of ions, they have to be “revived”, i.e. theyhave to be regenerated. This takes place using the currently most commonly used regeneration agents: sodiumchloride (water softening), hydrochloric acid (cation exchange) and sodium hydroxide (anion exchange). The conductivity of the water flowing through is constantly checked in a fully automated process and the ionexchanger unit regulates itself automatically.
RAVENOL destilliertes Wasser deionised water is regularly checked by taking samples.
Application Note
RAVENOL destilliertes Wasser is ideally suited to filling up vehicle batteries and for steam irons and aquariums (to reduce the hardness of the water).
