Application instructions

RAVENOL HLS SAE 5W-30 is suitable for demanding motors as a high performance low friction motor oil. It is recommended for all modern passenger car gasoline and diesel engines, including turbo versions, for direct injection motors and it is also recommended for all operation conditions. RAVENOL HLS SAE 5W-30 is recommended for use in vehicles with diesel particulate filters.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner can also be used in motorcycles.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner effectively breaks down dirt accumulation and sludge deposits in the engine compartment using intensive-cleaning tensides and removes these effectively when draining used oil.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner cleans and rinses the entire engine system.

Application Note

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner is added to the warm motor oil.

Area of application:

-If black sludge is suspected

-In the event of hydraulic tappets rattling

-In the event of delayed oil change

-For soiled engines or used oil

-Preventively at every oil change to avoid contamination of the engine

-Also suitable for oldtimers

Dosage: 300 ml RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner are sufficient for one application of approx. 5L Oil, regardless of manufacturer and motor size.

Application: Add the contents to the warm motor oil before changing oil. Do not go below the minimum oil level. For maximum effect, allow to run for up to 10 minutes. Afterwards, immediately replace oil and filter.

RAVENOL Professional Engine Cleaner is tried and tested for aggregates with motor oils based on mineraloil and synthetic oil.

As the ion exchange resin cannot accumulate an infinite number of ions, they have to be “revived”, i.e. theyhave to be regenerated. RAVENOL Professional Radiator Cleaner infiltrates and eliminates sludge and corrosion deposits.RAVENOL Professional Radiator Stop Cleaner neutralises lime residue.

Application instructions

RAVENOL Professional Radiator Cleaner is added to the radiator. It is recommended to replace rubber parts affected by oil seepage.

Application: RAVENOL Professional Radiator Cleaner suffices for up to 10 litres of coolant.

Fill in

RAVENOL Professional Radiator Cleanerin the used coolant and allow the engine to run at operating temperature for approx. 30 minutes. Drain contaminated mixture – in the case of severe contamination, repeat treatment if necessary. Rinse cooling system with clear water. Refill and remove air after cleaning the cooling system and check for leak tightness.

RAVENOL Professional Radiator Cleaner can lead to an improved cooling performance after repairs on the cooling system.
